About the Attorney
Marina Meyerovich practices exclusively in immigration law with a focus in detention and removal cases, often involving cases with criminal violation forming the basis for removal. She has also resolved complex family based green card applications, issues of citezenship and several nonimmigrant visa petitions, and has worked extensively on victim-based applications under the Violence Againt Women Act.
Mrs. Meyerovich is addmitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States Supreme Court. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associations (AILA), she has lectured in conferences.
A graduate of CUNY Law School, M. Meyerovich recieved BA from NYU. In connection with her legal studies, she worked at Congressional Intership in D.C. and published articles. She recieved NY Times Scholarship.
